Jeddah International Airport opening with NOVELTY Middle EAST and Filmmaster

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman opened Jeddah airport’s new terminal in September 2019, state media said, part of a push to increase foreign visitors to the kingdom and diversify its oil-based economy.
The inauguration of the new Terminal 1 of King Abdulaziz International Airport brings the airport to 810,000 square metres with the capacity to handle 30 million passengers annually.
The airport operates flights to three international destinations and 21 domestic ones.
For the inauguration, NOVELTY Middle East installed the sound system with L-ACOUSTICS KARA, KIVA and XA12 but also the lighting with more than 160 lighting fixtures and rigging with 170 linear meters of truss and more than 20 engines.
